A four hour drive from Phoenix and Tucson, St. Johns is like another world in many ways. Once discovered, it’s a gem you may want to keep to yourself. We hope you make us part of that experience.

Prices vary based on dates and availability. The booking link above will find and quote the best price. Multi-night discounts are also available – simply reply to your confirmation email after booking and request for a discount. For those staying short term, pet fee of $10/day will apply.

All rooms are furnished with either 2 double beds or 1 king bed, fridge, and microwave with a few having their own sofa. Pet Friendly, No Breakfast unless special arrangements are made beforehand. There is a breakfast room with plenty of seating and counter space that is openly accessible. There are no onsite restaurants, pool or gym, however, there is an ice machine, eating area and guest laundry services.

Extended Stay - Over 7 Days

Our facility does provide open ended extended stays. We cater to the elderly and those in need. If you are over 60 years of age, a 40% discount can be applied to our standard rate. We would also like to support the local community and can provide discounts once local residency in the White Mountains is confirmed. Just call or use the form below.

One set of linens provided at check in, fees apply for personal laundry and maid services. Paying with a credit card will add a $3 transaction fee. Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Chime, Venmo are also valid payment options and can be paid both weekly and monthly.

Pets are welcome for a $25/week or $50/month fee. Driver’s license is required. We promote a quiet/safe environment for our guests, and property rules will be enforced. If staying beyond 7 days, we do require that you acknowledge these rules.
